Biography: Regan Hurley has been homeschooling for 13 years. During this time she developed a passion for history. She recently graduated her twins from High School and they are headed to college. She has a BA in Psychology with English minor from Randolph-Macon College. In her free time she enjoys cooking, scrapbooking, puzzles and reading.

Biography: Kristi Reynolds has been teaching science in homeschool co-ops since 2017.
She has homeschooled her five children from the beginning, with the three oldest
having graduated from Arete. Science is her favorite subject, and she enjoys teaching students
how every aspect of science points to our perfect God. She has a Masters in Social
Work from Florida State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from
Old Dominion University.

Description | Exploring Creation with General Science, 2nd Edition, is specifically designed to walk with your middle school student transitioning from homeschool elementary courses as he or she rises up to meet his or her greater abilities and developing maturity. This course is taken after sixth grade. This course covers a wide range of the branches of science while making the connections between each. Students will learn what science is and, in a detailed and engaging way, how to utilize the proper scientific method. This course has many hands-on science experiments that can be completed with household materials. There are textbooks available for rent for $25. First come first serve. |

Description | In Exploring Creation with Physical Science, 4th Edition, students will explore the science of God’s physical laws of creation as they study chemistry, physics, earth science, and science research concepts. Students will complete labs and hands-on projects throughout the course for an immersive learning experience with practical application. |
